Thanks But Nope is a web-based tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate polite, professional responses for declining vendor outreach, sales solicitations, and similar business communications. The Service is provided free of charge with usage limitations.

Acceptable Use

• Personal and business use for managing unsolicited outreach

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Generating content for harassment, abuse, or intimidation
• Creating responses that are discriminatory, offensive, or harmful
• Circumventing rate limits through technical means or multiple accounts
• Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Generating content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Creating misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive communications
• Bulk processing for commercial resale or redistribution

Rate Limits and Usage

The Service implements rate limiting to manage costs and ensure availability:

• Default Limit: 20 requests per IP address per 24-hour period
• Reset Schedule: Limits reset daily at midnight UTC
• Higher Limits: Available upon request for legitimate business needs
• Enforcement: Violations may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions

Content and AI Responses

Your Content

• You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service
• You grant us permission to process your content solely to generate AI responses
• Your submitted content is immediately deleted after processing
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate any laws or third-party rights

AI-Generated Responses

• AI responses are generated based on your input and our prompts
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI responses
• AI responses may occasionally contain errors or inappropriate content

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Key points:

• Vendor messages are immediately deleted after processing
• We only retain minimal technical data for rate limiting and system operation
• Your content is not used to train AI models or for any other purpose

Disclaimers and Limitations

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (which is zero)
